6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription or service:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected immediately
  • The service will meet all of your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic Sea, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
